[PD] fft-based pitchshifter

hi list

a few days ago i asked for a fft-based pitchshifter. finally i succeeded in 
building one myself. actually i could just take the example from the doc 
I07.phase.vocoder.pd und modify it a bit, since this example is already a 
pitchshifter. but the example takes only a stored sample from an array as 
input, whereas my version takes a 'live'-input. although it seems to be an 
easy task at first sight, i had difficulties implementing these changes for 
some reasons. so i thought the solution might be of interest in the list.
