[PD] Ubuntu OSX pdp pidip stuff::some OT

i noticed if i tried to 'set' the camera at all the flicker started
i will try with 0.12.5 tonight.
i also built the new effectv from source since i was testing cams --works with some cool new effects
is there a way to add these? pdp_blueTV would be awesome. Could i make them myself?
also tested and built coriander for the i-sight in linux--works good too.

there's something wrong with saving/restoring camera preferences with
the newer philips cams. you can work around it by unplugging the cam
before restarting pd, until i put a workaround in the code.
