[Pd] Externals

[Chuckk Hubbard]

OK, I copied the pd_darwin files for [operating_system], [active],
Gem, and hid into my extern folder and all but hid work.  Most of hid
works, but not [mouse].  I guess I'll just do without that one.  I
have what I needed from the others.
