[PD] newbie problem compiling dssi~

That's my fault for not keeping the makefile in the CVS up-to-date. I'll
fix it tonight. If you wan't to sort it yourself, try adding '-I
./include' to the 'DARWININCLUDE =' section.

Let me know if this doesn't work.
