[Pd] csoundapi~ issues

I have the dll in my Extra folder, and Pd will load the
help-csapi_demo.pd patch.  But it says "csoundapi~ warning: could not
compile," and if I turn dsp on, it tells me "csoundapi~ warning:
orchestra not compiled."

Anything else I should have in there besides the dll, the patch, and
the csd file?
