[Pd] csoundapi~ issues

I found that it will only work for me if I run pd from the same folder 
as the .csd file. The csoundapi~.dll can be in pd/extras and csound can 
be in /program files/csound/bin but it seems like csound can't load the 
.csd unless it's in the same folder that pd is running in, as though pd 
is passing the path to csound. So to answer your question, you could add 
a .bat file that runs pd.
