[PD] Poly synth note off

Hi all,

I am building a simple synth for my MIDI keyboard. I was wondering if
it was possible to stop every note when it is off. You know what I
mean ? I don't want them to last forever, or a fixed amount of time :
I want them to stop whenever I release the key. This should be pretty
trivial... as I am kind of new to MIDI instruments.

Also, I am interested in any MIDI synth patch there is around. Any suggestion ?
