[PD] pyext detach method crashes pd with gem/pdp

Hi Vincent,
sorry, i won't be able to debug a setup involving pdp, since i don't use 
it and i don't have the time to set up all the stuff on linux.
You could send me a gdb backtrace, although that's probably not very 
meaningful or try to provoke a crash without using pdp.
