[PD] Midi Speedo?

HI,

the cheapest way is to attach some conductive strip/flag to the wheel, 
and use that to connect to open wires, at each turn. Will give a short 
click when connected to your audio card input, then detecting that click 
with [env~] and measuring the time between two clicks (turns of the 
wheel) woth [timer]
