[PD] Pd-0.39.2-extended-test2 release

A still quick but not as dirty release of Pd-0.39.2-extended- 
test2.app. Most integration work was done for this release, including  
Mapping lib, RRADical, pixelTANGO, and the intro workshop sketches.
