[Pd] Defeat real-time scheduling

pd's logical time is bound to the audio driver, so the way to go is to
use an audio backend, that can do other than realtime processing ...

e.g. jack implements a freewheel mode, this way you can record your pd
patch to ardour without taking any realtime needs into account ....
