Particularly infuriating is the "Close this window??" dialog with the
nervous double question mark?? and which happens on *every* window, *even*
a fresh empty one. Excitingly, this dialog box is not defined in
lib/pd/bin/pd.tk, so you can't change this in a precompiled pd, because
you have to edit C code and then recompile.

I agree that sometimes one may want to have this feature, especially
because most keyboards have Ctrl+E and Ctrl+W really close to each other,
so people with big fingers are at a disadvantage here. But really, it
should be an option.

you might mean "fluid" here.
