[PD] dfx and flext external problem.

hey crew,

trying to get bufferoverride~ external to work after many attempts.
does anyone recognise this error.
when trying to create the object i get .....

load_object: Symbol "bufferoverride_tilde_setup" not found
 bufferoverride~
... couldn't create

i have used this external in two other systems before without a hitch,
i am using a precompiled binary of the external because i can't find
the instructions to compile it myself.

also, i'm having trouble compiling flext. after following the install
and build directions from both the official and CVS version i get this
error...
