[PD] Loading more libraries on PD Extended on WinXP

Hi guys,

how can i add libraries to be loaded at startup with Pd extended?
i'd like to add some thomas grill stuff...like xgroove and stuff...
but i can't find any .bat file with startup flags...
how are the other  already included  libraries loaded in Pd 
extended...ideally i'd add my flags..
