[PD] dfx and flext external problem.

It seems that your pd source folder is not well declared : 
-I/home/tom/programsSRC/pd-0.39-2/src/src
The PDPATH definition in flextdir/buildsys/config-lnx-pd-gcc.txt must 
point on the pd folder instead of the pd/src one.
