[PD] fluid~.pd_darwin ...needs fluidsynth framework

Those instructions are right on.  It works well.  One thing though, the help
file does not print anything as it does it linux.  I haven't tried any of
contoller changes or program changes.. but it plays a sampled piano, which
is what I need to do.  Thanks Frank!
