[PD] scale name clash: Gem + maxlib

Hi,

There are few name clashes still remaining in pd. That doesn't bother that  
much because usually they're repeated objects. But at least in the case of  
scale it's annoying, since gem and maxlib have that, and with very  
different functions.
it's possible to use the [maxlib/scale] hack if you're on pd-ext, but not  
if you use maxlib.dll, in which you must make sure that one is loaded  
before the other (and both simultaneously aren't possible). Wouldn't it be  
better to change the names? or is it too late already?
