[PD] PixelTANGO problem on Pd-extended 0.38 on Windows XP?

I installed Pd/extended 0.38 on windows XP and it
crashs when I open an pixeltango example.

Does someone know a nice version of Pd-extended for
windows XP (and maybe another one for
linux/ubuntu/breezy)?
