[PD] pd crashes on openpannel (XP)

Hi,

in the last time it happens each time more often that pd crashes when an  
openpanel is opened. That happens always not at the first time the panel  
is used, but almost for sure in any of the next ones. I think it happens  
when the windows system looks for the pop-up commentary on the file  
highlighted by the mouse (which on my computer happens with 0 delay).

Has this happened to anyone until now?

Windows XP, pd-ext 0.39-2-t3
(so far I noticed this doesn't happen in ubuntu)
