[PD] pd crashes on openpannel (XP)

any occurence of openpanel triggers the bug. if it is to open a text or  
sound file doesn't matter. the condition is only that it has to be at  
least the 2nd time that openpanel is used, and that the user isn't quick  
enough selecting the file, and the system pop-up commentary about the  
highlighted file appears (how big, full name, etc).
