[PD] [PD-announce] ascii externals update

I made a small modification to my ascii externals, to better detect floats.
I would have to restart from scratch at some point, but it works...
Its strange makefile is still working with Flext 0.4.7.
A binary for Gnu/Linux is included, statically linked with Flext.
I don't know if it compiles on Windows or OSX.
