[Pd] Feature Request: trigger editing

What if adding an element to an existing trigger object shifted all
the outputs to the right of where the new one was inserted, instead of
adding outputs to the right?
Maybe a similar thing for deleting elements, instead of deleting
outputs past a certain number, it could delete them from the middle?
I can't think of any reason the current way would be better, but I may
be missing something.
