On many Linux distributions, you normally already have a CVS client
installed, it's pretty standard. If not, something like "apt-get
install cvs" or another command depending on your distro will install
cvs. 

Then just go to http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=55736 and follow
the instructions.
