[PD] phase comparing two audio waves

Thats a very nice abstraction.  Would be nice to have used a $0 in the table 
name, as it is an abstraction that you cannot instantiate multiple times.

I had a thought that cyclone provides the scope~ external which may be 
useful here.  It has two inlets that plot one signal against the other if 
you need to, which could be used to find the phase delay.

i have this abstraction, which isn't finished yet. just connect the signal
to the left inlet, and it should work. look out for any missing externals,
I don't touch this for a while.
