[PD] "playlist" for windows

hi list!

yes, i know "unauthorized pd" is not developed for windows.
still, i have downloaded hans installer for windows and some of the 
unauthorized externals are included.
most of them work fine.

the one i am looking for "playlist" is also included (playlist.dll) but 
pd can't create the object.
i get:

load_object: Symbol "playlist_setup" not found
 playlist
... couldn't create

any hints what could be the problem or where i could find a working .dll?
