[PD] "playlist" for windows

Carmen had ported all of the unauthorized externals to Windows and  
checked in the changes to the CVS.  Yves mistakenly overwrote them  
when he updated them.  So someone just needs to port Carmen's changes  
forward.  You can get the diffs from CVS to see what he changed.
