[PD] How to have consistent fonts in Pd?

Okay,
I think I've figured out the problem. The machines that had font issues
did not have truetype font support for tcl/tk. In fact, any tcl/tk apps
on those machines had funny looking fonts.
Thanks to Marc Lavallée, who provided the following suggestion:
"On Linux, I would suggest to compile PD against a recent version of
Tcl/Tk with support for truetype fonts. Here's a good documentation:
http://amsn.sourceforge.net/wiki/tiki-index.php?page=Installation
+Instructions#tcl/tk "
