[PD] switch between edit and run modes

Hello.

If you're on Windows, Ctl-E toggles between edit and run; on Mac, it's
Command-E.  You should be able to also select the same menu item, Edit
Mode, and the check next to it turns off.
Also, from run mode, you can hit Ctl-1 to put in an object AND enter edit mode.

And, from within edit mode, on Windows or Linux, you may still run
things that can be clicked, if you hit Control and click them.  That
way you can change numbers or sliders or send messages without leaving
Edit Mode!  On Mac it's Ctl-Alt-Click.
