[PD] selecting device on startup

thanks everyone. iv managed to change the settings in regedit now, but
im getting into all kinds of different problems now. it seems to be
selecting the right devices but sometimes the input port for my echo
indigo io just dissapears, then sound stops working in all other
software as well as pd..

sometimes i wish things were simpler. maybe i'll stop using windows.
