[PD] On focus

I came up with a way once to enter numbers in different numberboxes
without clicking.  Here it is.  It could be adapted for bangs,
toggles, sliders, radio buttons, I think just about any GUI.

The [key] object is very useful, as is the
5.reference->0_all_guis-INTRO.txt help file.

For a slider, you could have a receive object storing its value in a
[float], then when the arrow keys are hit you increment this value and
send it.
