[PD] Cascading abstractions

If you have the abstraction with the guis open, right-click the canvas
and select "graph on parent".  It gives you a rectangle to show the
size it will be on its parent, and you can position gui's and anything
you want inside the rectangle.  You can change the size of the
rectangle with the numbers on the same dialog.
