[PD] -rt startup flag ignored

I should probably start submitting bug reports, but just want to see if
anyone else has this problem...

Pd seems to ignore the -rt startup flag when entered in the Startup
flags section of the File->Startup dialog. When passed the -rt flag on
the command line, however, it works. I know because when I don't
pass -rt on the command line, I get lots of DIO errors and audible
dropouts, and it doesn't print

priority 8 scheduling enabled.
priority 6 scheduling enabled.

to the terminal. This is Pd-0.39.2-extended-test4, Debian testing.
I've checked ~/.pdsettings, and the -rt flag is indeed stored there.
Could I be overlooking anything?

Ben
