[PD] pd-ot -> pd-list?

hello everyone, hi IOhannes

i remember that once IOhannes proposed to subscribe the whole pd-list to
the pd-OT-list, so that every member of the pd-list will get
automatically the mails from pd-OT, too, iirc.
i just noticed, that i don't get any mails from pd-OT. please let me
know, if it is still planned to subscribe pd-list to pd-OT.
