[PD] Trying to install GEM at puredata

Hi!

im trying to install GEM on Windows XP, but when I execute pd it says 
"gem/Gem: can't load library"

My steps have been:

Edit and execute INSTALL_GEM.BAT and it says:

C:\pd\gem\gem_install
Installing GEM...
Copying binary...
assuming you are using pd-0.90
Copying examples...
Compying documentation...
Copying reference files...
Install finished.


the I execute this:

C:\pd>bin\pd -lib /gem/Gem

it opens pd but says  "gem/Gem: can't load library"

Can someone help me please?
