the "official" way to get the book for non-german speakers, is currently 
to write contact the publisher directly via email: info at wolke-verlag.de

it seems like the book might get listed by amazon.com as soon as some 
people have ordered it via amazon.de (at least that is what the 
publisher tells us; they say "amazon will only list the book if people 
have ordered it"; whatever this means)
