Maybe: The tb303 there uses LADSPA-Plugins for filter and oscillator.
LADSPA-plugins may run on Windows, too, but I've never tried for lack
of Windows. 

It would be possible to replace both filter and osc. with different
objects, even builtin objects. Maybe someone else has some cool
"analogue"-synth patches availabel?
