[PD] where to find preferences on windows?

Hi Roman~

Try running regedit from the Run... command in the Start menu, and
then sift through the junk!  On my work machine, Pd regestry files are
located in this registry "path":

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Pd

Your's may be different, since this is from Pd-extended.  Another
option, if you are using Pd-extended is to find or download the
registry file, and then double click on it.  I have not tried it, but
it may overwrite the previous settings.
