[PD] Group building.

Hi list, 

I was wondering, if someone has a patch which he wants to see it growing and getting better and better, can he share it with the list-people so they can build it together (and, maybe, correct some of it's faults).

Is it a way to spot it's upgrades by all the users (something like sourceforge, but in a smaller scale)?
Is there a way to set an wish list?
