whats this.

although AMD was the only game intown for 64bit laptops for over a year, and the only game in town for 64bit dual core laptops for 6 months, Intel has arrived. considering how much better supported their drivers are on OS's besides winXP/OSX than AMD/ATI/Nvidia chipsets/video its pretty much a no-brainer, especially since core 2 duo and Xeon are now in-line pricewise with Turion X2 and Opteron.

iow: get something Intel based unless you don't plan on running linux or bsd. and since HP and Apple's notebooks are made in the same Quanta factory in china anyways, why pay 50% more? you like apple's plastic design skills?
