[PD] [popup] disappearing with "new" GoP standard thingie

Okay, in fact it's the popup help file that gives arguments that makes 
popup invisible, also the ancient dll version made popup disappearing 
when a patch window was reduced, now it works all fine with the dll 
David attached in his last message.

Well I've just found out why popup is disappearing, it only takes one 
size argument (width).

Works fine with pd-40-test3 too.
