Dear Colleague,

Here are the latest news about the 9th International Conference on  
Digital Audio Effects (DAFx-06) that will be held on Sept. 18-20,  
2006 at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

We invite you to register and attend this unique event that will  
presents the newest outcomes in digital audio as well as digital  
music processing, and provide you the opportunity to share knowledge  
with the other delegates in an open and friendly atmosphere.

The DAFx-06 concert will be given on Monday Sept. 18, 2006. It is a  
presentation of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music,  
Media and Technology (CIRMMT), and is organized by Sean Ferguson,  
Associate Director of CIRMMT and Director of the McGill Digital  
Composition Studios. The concert program is listed at:

The social event will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2006, at the
