blending is like fadein / fadeout ? it might be possible if we 
record/play a loop of the current state, load a new session without 
dropouts and make a mix.

with 2 pc's that would be much easier. but then again you'd to 
synchronize both netpd's. i think at the moment that'd be the only 
dropout-free solution.

an other idea i once had was to morph 2 presets. but that's not working 
for symbols and lists, but could work with tables although it would be 
pretty expensive.
