YCbCr is the terminology in CCIR 601 and ITU-R 709 and other digital
standards.  YUV and YIQ are part of the original PAL and NTSC analog systems
which is where confusion can come in - particularly with 601 since it
converts from YUV/YIQ analog into YCbCr.
