[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.40 test 03 released

Would this apply to "struct" as well?

I'm going to start using this as of now.  Every single one of these
new features sounds like a big improvement.

Where it says "reblocking only works between powers of two", does that
mean that a subpatch inside a subpatch blocked at 100 could only be
blocked at 25, 50, 100, 200, etc?
