[PD] Does sysexout works on linux?

Hi Stephane,
i recently fixed a lot of midi stuff in the devel branch, but i found 
it too much work to actually make patches for Miller's pd.
Feel free to check out the devel_0_39 branch from the SF cvs to check 
if it works for you.
