[PD] Computer Music feature

This patch is a bit trickier than you may wish for an introductory
example.  For instance, I would definitely split up the work among a
few abstractions (a counter, comparator, and probability generator).
I'll try to look at it more in the evening, if Frank or Andy haven't
already created a grand and pedagogical solution for you!
