[PD] urgent: carillon by text message

hi list,

there is the following opportunity: for a festival radiorevolten in  
halle/saale an artist was supposed to programme an interactive work  
with the cities carillon (glockenspiel) this artist gave up on it  
last minute. so there is an urgent need for someone stepping in this  
place.
the idea is that anyone can send sms text messages to the carillon  
during the festival and it will play an signature tune of an radio  
station. so if the text message contains "RADIO VATICAN" its  
signature tune will be played by the bells.

is has to be woking by next friday!
if nobody is up for it the project will be dropped. there is a budget  
of 750 Euro.
the carillon is the worlds second largest and is MIDI controllable.  
it could possibly be the first one controlled by pd...
