R: [PD] Arduino

[Hans-Christoph Steiner]

The Arduino IDE is already GPL, Java is not.  gcj is GPL, AFAIK, and  
therefore you could build a fully GPL IDE by just compiling the  
Arduino IDE with gcj.  Anyone want to take that project on?
