[PD] py/pyext missing in pd-extended

Hi all!

Is py/pyext supposed to be included in pd-extended
distribution? I have downloaded and installed both a
snapshot of 39.2 and the stable 38.4 but, although
they include the examples and documentation of py
external, neither of them includes py.pd_linux. See:
