[PD] vst~ multiple inlets

Hi Thomas,

you can give only the outlets as creation argument. At least that is 
what is documented. I think we tried giving two numbers, but I can't 
recall. The student's Windows laptop is still in Helsinki, and I am in 
Riga ;-) Maybe next time.
